Emoticoin - The middle man digital currency - speculative concept

Emoticoin is a fictional digital currency that can be earned using mental health applications owned by private companies. The amount of the emoticoins are based on the number of points obtained after the psychological questionnaire is made or the value of the life story you shared with the Middle Man application. The level of emoticoins indicates your emotional intelligence level.

You have to have a certain amount of emoticoins to be able to apply for a job, the kindergarten, primary, and secondary schools, universities, and elderly homes. Also for buying/renting a house or flat, traveling, using dating applications, social and mental services, etc. More emoticoins you have, the better quality of life you can afford.

The shapes of the books - One book - One illustration / Example

Exhibition “The Shape of the Book” is inspired by Kurt Vonnegut’s talk “Shape of the story” (about presenting a hero’s journey in graphic form).

The idea behind this exhibition is to present the selected novels (dystopic, fantastic, and non-linear type) in one graphic logo/symbol/ideogram. The presented logos are representations of the described spaces, hierarchies, or relations in the selected novels.

The outcome is something between creative didactics learn & play material, intermedia experience readers companions, and simply different types of the invitation to explore books.
