Meeting Point #20 Zurich

This August we are meeting up for the performance ‘Bruits Marrons’* (engl. brown noise) by Brazilian choreographer Calixto Neto at the ‘Zurich Theatre Spectacle’.

Around a black piano, bodies, music and light intertwine in an abstract space, giving rise to personal stories about everyday experiences of racism. The performers share intimate stories in which vulnerability, resistance and collective solidarity take shape. The piece offers an insight into the many voices and realities of Black queer life – as lived presence and collective strength.
